WorldCall Telecom Limited proudly announces award of PSEB Certification for International and National Call Center operations. It opens a new avenue of business operations and compliments existing international interconnect portfolio that WorldCall has developed since award of its LDI license in 2004.
Commercial operations in this respect are set to start in February 2018 as client testing has already been successfully concluded. WorldCall has been providing professional resource to Omantel for servicing Urdu and English speaking cliental in Sultanate of Oman.
Mr. Muhammad Naved, Director IT Operations, further disclosed that with this certification, call center services would be extended right across the Middle East region through WorldCall interconnect partners. Furthermore, a specialized unit targeted support for handling is already trained that would be servicing clients who face an exponential growth in Customer interface requirements emanating from VAT implementation in the region
